About the program

What exactly is the Constitution? Is it a written document that is set in stone, or is it a “living” document that is meant to adapt to changing times? Is it the ‘supreme law of the land’ that protects our individual rights?

In a nutshell: What does the Constitution actually say? And how is it relevant to our everyday lives?

Join Phil Morse for an informative, fact-based, non-partisan presentation about the U.S. Constitution. Using everyday language and practical examples, Phil covers all aspects of the Constitution in a way that is accessible for everyone.
