LOCAL Featured Artist: Cassie Hassel

The Dr. Sloan Library is excited to collaborate with the Logan County Art League to display the artwork of Cassie Hassel, starting November 4th.

Cassie's passion for art ignited at the tender age of five, and she believes that God has blessed her with this talent, for which she is deeply grateful. She takes joy in sharing her gift with others.

Her artwork embodies a blend of passion intertwined with practice, patience, perseverance, and praise. These elements have kept her immersed in a realm that reflects her pride, talent, enjoyment, and love as an artist.

Cassie works with a diverse range of media, including acrylic, watercolor, pencil, colored pencil, pen, ink, and pastels. She has a particular fondness for soft colors, pastel shades, and deep, dark hues.
